A friend came across another mate of his who has a PSP phat, hacked and everything, but has never used it. I have it front of me and its actually in pristine condition. No scratches, no fade outs (you know... PSP logo  and the bar code and all).

Currently its on 5.50 GEN-B.

The thing is that the price claimed for it is high (almost as much as for a new PSP3000). I can probably get it for a cheaper price, but not drastically cheap for such an old, second hand console.

So my question:

Is it worth it, if I get a somewhat decent price? Is the PSP Phat worth buying now?

The list of games I really want to (read: must!) buy or at least play (since finances are always a bitch)

13. Divinity II: Ego Draconis (looks interesting... and I want to play as a dragon.. RAWR!!)

I can think of these right now... Seriously want to play them... Sadly, I know I won't have time to play them all, but its good to hope ^_^

No matter how much I hate seriousness of life, I note that when things do get serious, I tend to react accordingly. That is, I react in a way that will solve the issue. Not get rid of it.

Since I've started recovering from my near death accident, the only thing that seems to matter to me is getting my ambitions reached earlier than anyother thing. Weird as it is, I am not into people and the only passions I have are games and bikes. It almost seems pathetic, but it seems that unconsciously, I have decided that I must game and bike more than a life's worth.....

As strange as it sounds, girls (sex)/ relationships are not important to me. Near death experience really shook me about what I knew about myself....

so i got into a big accident when a guy on a motorbike came and banged into me (on my bike, without a helmet for once) and made me fall bad and open my head on the pavement.

I was out for a week and yesterday had an operation. Got a few metal implants in the skull and have yet to be discharged!
